South Asian Management Forum (SAMF) is a biennial conference organized by the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA) which is a SAARC Recognized body. The 15th SAMF is being hosted in Pakistan by the Sukkur IBA University (SIBAU), Association of Management Development Institutions in Pakistan (AMDIP) and University of Management and Technology (UMT). It will be held on September 27-29, 2019 at Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur, Pakistan.
The theme of 15th SAMF is “Challenges of Inclusive Growth and Sustainability: The South Asian Context”. South Asian populace need the management intellect to address the issues and problems those fall around the intersect of inclusive growth and sustainability. All three dimensions of inclusive growth economic, institutional and social with a direct focus on sustainable development goals will be of interest. Topics including analysis of problems, their plausible solutions and lessons learned from the past strategies related to inclusive growth and to make it sustainable would be encouraged.
15th SAMF invites the scholars, thinkers, researchers, academicians, practitioners, and business leaders to join the forum to share their philosophical thoughts, conceptualization of ideas and empirical evidences. All scholarly work either in the shape of a well-structured research paper, manuscript, working paper, case study or a concept note may be submitted on mentioned theme and its dimensions.
Best Paper and Case Award
To promote research culture, a cash prize of PKR20,000 or equivalent amount in USD, along with best paper/case certificate will be awarded to five best papers and five best cases. Best papers and cases will be selected based on reviewers’ evaluation and ranking. Presentation in the conference will be mandatory for the eligibility of cash award. Online presentation facility will be offered to international speakers.

Publication Opportunities
Abstracts of all accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings book. In addition to that, selected papers will be published in regular/special issues of following journals with the consent of authors:

Review Process
All abstract will be reviewed by desk review committee. Full papers and cases will undergo double blind review process. Every paper will be reviewed by at least one local and one international reviewer. You may register yourself as reviewer by writing to [email protected]
Submission Guidelines:
- All manuscripts must be submitted in MS-Word format as attachment.
- Title of the manuscript must be the name of file.
- Subject of the email must be “Submission 15th SAMF – (Title of Paper)
- Name of the author/s, their affiliation and contact details must be mentioned on the title page.
- All tables, graphs, images, models must be placed within the body of text on their relevant places.
- APA style must be followed with font: Times New Roman; size: 12, double spaced; with proper referencing.
